I do not stage properties that are not listed with me, so this is an advantage that only my clients receive. This saves them thousands of dollars of staging fees. The average staging job costs $8,000 for a 1,500 sqft. home. This fee is paid by the the seller prior to putting it on the MLS. You have the advantage of my staging fees being included as part of my services. (Furniture to be discussed on a case by case basis).
